The ST10R167-Q3 is a reliable 16-bit ROMless microcontroller based on STMicroelectronics ST10 core. It runs at up to 25 MHz with single-cycle instruction execution for excellent real-time performance. This ROMless chip relies on external Flash or EPROM via 8/16-bit bus interface, supporting external storage up to 16MB for flexible capacity expansion and convenient firmware upgrades.It integrates 4KB on-chip RAM, including 2KB dual-port RAM and 2KB extension RAM. Equipped with rich peripherals such as 16-channel 10-bit ADC and multi-function serial interfaces, it is widely used in automotive control, industrial automation and embedded systems.
