The IRFP4310ZPBF is industrial-grade N-Channel enhancement-mode power MOSFET adopting Infineon HEXFET technology. Optimized for high-density high-current switching, it features 100V drain-source voltage and 120A continuous drain capacity. Ultra-low R_DS(on) cuts conduction loss and heat generation. It has excellent avalanche resistance and built-in fast recovery body diode with low reverse recovery charge, resisting high-frequency voltage surges without latch-up. TO-247AC through-hole package delivers outstanding heat dissipation, widely used in high-efficiency SMPS, DC motor drives, battery management, synchronous rectifier and solar inverter systems.
