Product Overview

AD6640ASTZ is a single-channel 12-bit pipelined ADC produced by Analog Devices. It supports fixed 65 MSPS sampling rate and built-in track-and-hold circuit for high-frequency IF signal sampling. Differential input design reduces common-mode noise and harmonic distortion, with typical 68 dB SNR and 80 dB SFDR at 31 MHz input signal. It operates on single 4.75V~5.25V analog supply, digital outputs support 3.3V or 5V logic level.
