The LCMXO3LF-9400C-5BG256I is Lattice’s high-density low-power MachXO3LF series FPGA, built with multi-time programmable on-chip flash to realize instant-on startup without external configuration PROM. Equipped with 9400 LUT logic units, up to 206 multi-voltage I/O pins, 432Kbit embedded block RAM and equal-capacity user flash memory for parameter storage. It integrates dual PLL clock generators and native differential I/O support for MIPI, LVDS and PCI Express signaling. Packaged in compact 14×14mm CABGA-256, the I suffix provides -40℃~+100℃ industrial junction temperature tolerance, ideal for camera bridging, industrial automation and medical embedded control hardware.
