The S9S08DZ128MLL is an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 8-bit automotive MCU from NXP S08 series. Built with HCS08 core up to 40MHz CPU speed, it features 128KB Flash, 2KB independent byte-erasable EEPROM and 8KB RAM. Equipped with MSCAN 2.0B, multi-channel 12-bit SAR ADC and multiple low-power modes, the 100-LQFP chip fits vehicle body electronics, CAN gateway and industrial control systems.
