Running at 8.0 GT/s per lane, it adopts ExpressLane multi-host architecture to support host failover and high-speed DMA transmission. Compatible backward with PCIe Gen1/Gen2, this lead-free 324-ball HFCBGA chip suits cloud servers, storage controllers, accelerators and high-performance embedded hardware.
