N25Q256A11EF840F is a high-performance 256-Mbit low-voltage Serial NOR Flash from Micron Technology. Built on 65nm NOR architecture, this IC supports single, dual and quad SPI interfaces as well as XIP (Execute-In-Place) function with maximum clock speed up to 108MHz. Equipped with flexible 4KB subsector and 64KB sector erase structure, it protects critical firmware with hardware & software write protection.
