The MRF1507T1 is a low-voltage N-channel LDMOS RF power MOSFET designed by Motorola (later NXP/Freescale). Optimized for 7.5V portable radios, it provides minimum 8W RF output power up to 520MHz. Featuring stable broadband performance, high gain and good drain efficiency, this SMD transistor with thermal pad is widely adopted in VHF/UHF portable wireless amplifiers.
