The RA60H1317M1A‑501 is Mitsubishi Electric two‑stage 12.5V RF power MOSFET module for 136‑174 MHz VHF mobile radio. It delivers minimum 60W CW output with 50mW input drive, featuring integrated 50‑ohm input/output matching to eliminate external tuning.
