It integrates 64KB one‑time‑programmable OTP ROM, 2.5KB RAM, Full‑CAN 2.0B controller, SPI, USART and self‑calibrated 10‑bit ADC. Industrial grade -40℃~+85℃, housed in 80‑pin MQFP‑80 for automotive and industrial CAN‑bus control systems.
