The OV10620‑Q48V is OmniVision’s AEC‑Q100 automotive‑grade 1/3‑inch WVGA HDR CMOS image sensor based on OmniPixel3‑HS™ technology. It delivers up to 110 dB dynamic range and excellent near‑infrared sensitivity. Integrated ISP functions, DVP parallel output and SCCB interface make it ideal for automotive rear‑view, surround‑view cameras and high‑end industrial surveillance.
