The AT45DB642D-CNU is a 64Mb industrial DataFlash memory originally developed by Atmel, now under Renesas’ product line via Adesto acquisition.
It features dual on-chip SRAM buffers to enable read-while-write operation and supports dual interfaces: 66MHz RapidS SPI and 50MHz Rapid8 8-bit parallel bus.
Users may switch between 1024-byte binary page layout or native 1056-byte format with spare ECC/metadata space.
