The ET1100-0003 is dedicated EtherCAT Slave Controller ASIC by Beckhoff. It processes EtherCAT protocol via hardware, offloading MCU computing load for ultra-low latency real-time industrial communication. Equipped with 4 network ports and built-in high-precision Distributed Clock module, it supports line, tree and ring network topologies, widely used in servo drives, remote IO and automation equipment.
