The IMX117CQT‑C is a 1/2.3‑inch 12.4MP back‑illuminated CMOS image sensor adopting Sony Exmor R™ technology. It delivers high sensitivity and low‑noise performance, supports Sub‑LVDS high‑speed output, widely used for action cameras, drone aerial cameras and consumer camcorders. It supports 4K@60fps video recording, housed in ceramic LGA package for stable thermal performance.
