It accepts 4–14V main input (2.375V min with external bias), integrating controllers, power MOSFETs, inductors and internal thermal diode in one 77-ball BGA (9×15×5.01mm) package. Each rail outputs 4A continuous / 5A peak with ±1.5% DC accuracy; channels can be paralleled for up to 16A total output. Equipped with low ripple, external clock sync and full OVP/OCP/thermal protection, it serves as compact plug-and-play power supply for FPGA, ASIC, DSP and industrial multi-rail hardware.
