The MT9105DT-1616 is a high-precision linear Hall-effect sensor IC manufactured by MagnTek. It adopts ratiometric rail-to-rail analog output design with low output noise and outstanding linearity, operating on 3.0V to 5.5V rated supply voltage and featuring 30kHz typical bandwidth. This device has ±43mT magnetic field detection range, fixed 3.15mV/Gs sensitivity with ±10%/℃ sensitivity temperature drift and ±1.5% linearity error. Compact DFN-3(1.6×1.6) surface mount package saves PCB layout space, widely used for non-contact position sensing, BLDC motor commutation and industrial current detection circuits.
