The XL4016E1 is a high-efficiency step-down DC-DC switching regulator designed by XLSEMI with built-in power MOSFET. It supports wide-range input voltage and delivers up to 8A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation. Adopting fixed frequency PWM control architecture, the IC features over-temperature, short-circuit and over-current protection functions to guarantee stable working performance under various abnormal conditions. With high conversion efficiency and minimal peripheral components required, it is widely applied in industrial power modules, battery chargers and various adjustable buck power supply circuits.
