Product Overview

YS9082HC is a single-chip SSD controller from Yeestor Microelectronics, compliant with SATA 3.2 standard. It connects SATA host and NAND flash storage via 4-channel parallel architecture, supporting up to 6 Gbps transmission bandwidth. Built-in 2KB LDPC error correction improves data retention for 3D TLC and QLC flash. It adopts DRAMless design, using internal SRAM buffer to cut external cache cost and power consumption. Packaged in thin LFBGA, it fits 2.5-inch SSD, mSATA, M.2 and industrial embedded storage devices.
