Product Overview
The LMD18200T/NOPB is a fully integrated H-bridge motor driver manufactured by Texas Instruments, specially designed for bidirectional brushed DC motor driving applications. This monolithic power IC integrates four internal power MOSFETs forming complete H-bridge topology, supporting forward, reverse, brake and coast motor control modes with simple logic level input signals. Built-in thermal shutdown, overcurrent and flyback diode protection circuits effectively prevent device damage from overload and inductive kickback voltage. Standard TO-220-11(Forming) through-hole package is convenient for heatsink installation to improve heat dissipation, widely adopted for robot motion control, industrial actuator drive, automotive small motor and automated equipment power drive circuits.
