NJM2537V-TE1 is a professional FM intermediate frequency receiver IC developed by NJR (original JRC), specially designed for pager, cordless telephone and portable RF communication equipment. This single-chip RF IC integrates dual mixers, RSSI detection, FSK waveform shaper, battery alarm and internal regulator circuit inside, featuring ultra-low operating voltage from 1.1V to 4.0V and low typical operating current at 1.2mA @1.4V supply. Compact LSSOP-20-175mil surface mount package helps compact PCB layout for mini-sized portable communication modules.
