The TNETE2201BPJWR is a high-speed serial Gigabit Ethernet SerDes transceiver from Texas Instruments, designed for 1.25Gbps differential LVPECL serial communication links. This single-channel transceiver integrates built-in signal conditioning, impedance matching and link diagnostic circuits to deliver stable high-speed data transmission over copper traces or fiber transceivers. It does not integrate PCI bus interface, MAC core or MII parallel interface, focusing purely on serial analog signal conversion between parallel logic and differential high-speed serial lines. Packaged in compact HTQFP-64 EP with exposed thermal pad for excellent heat dissipation, tape-and-reel packaging (WR suffix) supports mass SMT production, widely used in industrial network gateways, long-distance serial communication equipment and embedded gigabit transmission modules.
