The FS32K144HFT0MLLT belongs to NXP scalable S32K1 series automotive 32-bit MCUs. It adopts ARM® Cortex®-M4F core with built-in FPU floating-point unit, with a maximum operating frequency of 112 MHz. This chip targets automotive electronics, body control modules and industrial automation equipment with strict security, safety and communication requirements.

The chip carries 512KB high-reliability Flash and 64KB SRAM, equipped with CSEc hardware encryption engine to support secure boot and data encryption. It integrates CAN FD, LIN, SPI and other communication peripherals, meets AEC-Q100 automotive specifications and supports ISO 26262 ASIL B functional safety standards.
