Product Overview
TMC236A-PA is a monolithic intelligent stepper motor driver launched by Trinamic (acquired by Analog Devices). It integrates high-efficiency H-bridge power stage and digital control logic, supports bipolar two-phase stepper motor drive, with maximum continuous phase current up to 1.5A. The chip adopts 4-wire SPI for parameter real-time configuration, built-in multi-dimensional protection circuits including over-temperature, short-circuit and under-voltage lockout. Adopting PQFP-44 thermally enhanced package, it features low heat generation, low vibration and quiet microstep operation, widely used in factory automation, 3D printing, medical equipment and surveillance PTZ motion control equipment.
