IRFP460LCPBF is an enhancement-mode N-Channel power MOSFET built for high-voltage high-efficiency power conversion systems. Adopting LC low gate charge technology, it cuts input capacitance and total gate charge to raise switching frequency and reduce driver loss. Rated 500V drain-source voltage and 20A continuous drain current, it handles high-energy industrial switching. Low RDS(on) lowers conduction heat, while repetitive avalanche resistance protects circuits against voltage spikes. Packaged in thermally optimized TO-247AC through-hole housing, it fits SMPS, UPS, high-power DC-DC converters and motor control equipment.
