SS8847E-ET-TP is LEADPOWER dual H-bridge motor driver IC. It drives two brushed DC motors or one bipolar stepper motor, as well as solenoid inductive loads. It supports 2.7V to 15V wide input voltage, with 1A continuous and 1.75A peak output current per channel. Built-in analog PWM circuit automatically limits winding current, reducing MCU calculation load. It integrates UVLO, OCP over-current and TSD thermal shutdown protection with over-temperature fault flag output. ETSSOP-16 package with bottom exposed pad optimizes heat dissipation.
