The SS6952T-ET-TP is a LEADPOWER single-channel H-bridge DC motor driver for brushed DC motors, solenoids and relays. It integrates fixed off-time PWM current limiting with 2-bit pin-selectable torque adjustment, eliminating external sampling resistors. Featuring low 150mΩ Rds(on) internal MOSFETs, it delivers up to 7A peak output under proper PCB thermal layout. Built-in OCP, TSD, UVLO and nFAULT multi-protection circuits ensure operational safety. Housed in thermally enhanced ETSSOP-28 with exposed thermal pad and TP tape-and-reel packaging for SMT mass production, it fits smart locks, small home appliances and portable automation equipment.
