The RFX2401C is a single-die 2.4GHz ISM RF front-end IC from Skyworks (RFaxis). It integrates PA, LNA, TX/RX switches, matching networks and harmonic filters in a compact 3×3mm 16-UQFN package. Ideal for ZigBee, 802.15.4, BLE range extenders and smart home devices, it removes discrete RF matching circuits to cut PCB size and speed up product development.
