Product Overview

The SPC5748GSMMJ6 is a high-performance 32-bit automotive MCU from NXP MPC5748G Chorus series. Built with heterogeneous triple-core Power Architecture, it includes two 160 MHz e200z4 high-speed cores and one 80 MHz e200z2 auxiliary core. Equipped with 6 MB RWW Flash and 768 KB ECC SRAM, it supports large firmware and dual-boot OTA upgrades. Integrated with Automotive Ethernet AVB, FlexRay, CAN FD and LIN interfaces, it meets ISO 26262 ASIL-D standards with built-in HSM for encryption and secure OTA verification. Packaged in 256-pin MAP LBGA, it serves as main processor for automotive central controllers, gateways and ECU systems.
