The ELANSC520-133AD is AMD’s highly integrated 32-bit x86 embedded SoC running at 133MHz with an Am5x86 core and 16KB unified L1 cache. It targets real-time embedded equipment, industrial gateways and legacy x86 controllers. On-chip hardware includes SDRAM controller, 33MHz PCI v2.2, ISA bridge, multi-channel DMA, dual 16550 UARTs, RTC, timers and programmable interrupt controller.
