Originally designed by Fujitsu and now under Infineon/Cypress, it supports max 16MHz operation via internal PLL, featuring 384KB Flash and 8KB SRAM. Equipped with dual independent CAN 2.0B controllers, multi-channel ADC and abundant peripherals. It supports multiple low-power modes and in-circuit flash programming, packaged in 100-BQFP / 100-PQFP for SMT assembly.
