RA8835P3N is RAiO’s dot‑matrix graphic LCD controller for monochrome panels, supporting text, graphic and mixed display up to 640×256 dots. It is pin‑compatible with SED1335 / S1D13700 for drop‑in hardware upgrade. Equipped with 8‑bit 8080/6800 MCU interface, built‑in CGROM and up to 64KB external SRAM, it reduces host‑MCU load for industrial, medical and metering display projects.
