The BLF184XR is an extremely rugged 650 W pulsed LDMOS power transistor from Ampleon (formerly NXP Semiconductors) for broadcast and ISM applications, covering HF‑600 MHz. The XR family supports VSWR>65:1 all‑phase load mismatch without damage. Built‑in ESD protection, high efficiency and good thermal stability. Housed in SOT1214A flanged ceramic package, suitable for FM transmitters, laser drivers, plasma generators and MRI RF amplifiers.
