CMV4000‑3E5M1PP is a 4.2MP 1‑inch monochrome pipelined global‑shutter CMOS image sensor from ams OSRAM (CMOSIS). It achieves 180fps full‑resolution at 10‑bit via 16‑channel LVDS interface. The 5.5μm pixel supports piecewise‑linear HDR over 90dB. Housed in ceramic 95‑pin μLGA with plain glass, ideal for machine vision, AOI, traffic and 3D metrology.
