The AD9910BSVZ-REEL is a high-speed 14-bit DDS from Analog Devices with integrated 14-bit DAC supporting up to 1 GSPS clock. Built for radar, military communication and precision test instruments, it adopts 32-bit FTW, 14-bit phase & amplitude control, and on-chip RAM for FSK/chirp modulation. Packaged in thermally enhanced 100-lead TQFP_EP tape-and-reel form, it delivers high spectral purity RF signals up to 400 MHz.
