The AOZ5029QI is a fully‑integrated DrMOS power stage from AOS. It integrates gate driver, high‑side and low‑side MOSFETs inside a compact 3.5×4.5mm QFN‑23L package. Supporting 4.5‑25V input and up to 60A continuous phase current, it works up to 1.5MHz switching frequency for multi‑phase buck converters, widely used for server, GPU and computing power supplies.
