The AST2500A2-GP is ASPEED 6th-gen BMC SoC with 32-bit ARM11 core running at 800MHz, housed in 19mm×19mm TFBGA-456 lead-free package. It only supports PCIe Gen2 x1 without legacy PCI, featuring hardware iKVM up to 1920×1200 resolution. It supports up to 1GB DDR3/DDR4 external memory, dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB2.0 virtual host and complete security engine. With -20℃~+85℃ wide temperature range and peak power below 1.76W, it serves remote out-of-band management for servers, storage and network switches.
