The BLF888D is high-efficiency dual die LDMOS RF power transistor developed by NXP, specially optimized for UHF digital television broadcast equipment operating across 470MHz to 860MHz frequency band. Based on advanced silicon LDMOS process technology, this device delivers high continuous output power, excellent power added efficiency and superior VSWR ruggedness against unexpected antenna load mismatch. Its industry-standard ceramic flanged package enables reliable screw mounting and efficient heat dissipation matched with external heatsink, supporting long-term continuous CW working condition.
