It supports 600V repetitive peak voltage and 40A continuous RMS current to withstand high electrical and thermal stress. Built-in ceramic insulation delivers 2500V RMS isolation between die and heat sink tab, no extra insulating pads required, improving heat dissipation and cutting assembly costs.
