Product Overview
The IR2104STRPBF is a popular half-bridge gate driver IC originally developed by International Rectifier and currently produced by Infineon. This chip integrates high-side floating driver and low-side driver inside a single package, adopting bootstrap circuit architecture to realize high-side power tube driving without extra isolated power supply. Featuring built-in dead time protection, under voltage lockout and overcurrent protection features, it effectively prevents shoot-through damage of power MOSFETs. Compact SOIC-8 surface mount package supports automated SMT mass production, delivering stable drive performance across wide input voltage range. It is extensively used for motor drive, switching power supply, UPS inverter and various industrial power conversion equipment.
