Product Overview

MLX90365LDC-ABD-000-RE is an automotive-grade absolute position sensor built on Melexis Triaxis magnetic sensing tech. This monolithic IC integrates Hall sensor array, analog front-end, DSP and programmable output drivers. It detects 3-axis magnetic flux from parallel-magnetized magnets to calculate 0~360° linear or rotary position without mechanical contact. The ABD variant supports factory-calibrated analog/PWM output, supplied in 8-pin SOIC reel packaging, ideal for automotive and heavy industrial harsh environments.
