The PSA-5451+ is an E-PHEMT-based ultra-low noise MMIC amplifier designed for high-performance RF receiver front-end applications. Operating across a wide frequency range of 50 MHz to 4 GHz, it delivers an exceptional combination of ultra-low noise figure (0.7 dB typical), high linearity (29 dBm IP3), and moderate power consumption. The device is internally matched to 50 ohms, requires no external matching components, and operates from a single 3V supply at only 30 mA. Housed in a compact SOT-363 (SC-70-6) surface-mount package, it offers excellent thermal efficiency and space-saving integration for portable, wireless, and high-frequency communication systems.
