Product Overview

HMC7992LP3DETR is a high-performance non-reflective SP4T RF switch by Analog Devices (formerly Hittite). It operates 0.1–6.0GHz for cellular base stations, wireless modules, Wi-Fi and communication test gear. Equipped with an internal negative voltage generator, it works on single positive supply and supports 1.8V/3.3V/5V CMOS/TTL control signals. Low insertion loss and high isolation deliver linear, stable RF performance. All idle RF ports adopt built-in 50Ω matching to avoid impedance mismatch. Packaged in compact 3×3mm 16-pin lead-free LFCSP, it is a space-saving RF routing chip for multi-band equipment.
