Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What resolution and frame rate does OV02710‑A68A‑1E support?

A: Native 1080P (1920×1080) @30fps; also supports 720P@60fps and VGA@60fps.

Q2: What output interfaces are available for OV02710‑A68A‑1E?

A: Dual interfaces: 10‑bit DVP parallel and 2‑lane MIPI serial output.

Q3: What package is OV02710‑A68A‑1E?

A: 68‑pin CSP3 chip‑scale surface‑mount package.

Q4: What is the difference between junction temperature and ambient temperature?

A:‑30℃ ~ +85℃ is chip junction limit. Recommended stable ambient temperature: 0℃ ~ +65℃. Operating beyond ambient range will affect image quality and service life.

Q5: What does suffix‑1E mean? Difference between OV02710‑A68A and OV02710‑A68A‑1E?

A:‑1E denotes electrical bin, interface configuration and tape‑and‑reel packaging. OV02710‑A68A is bare die base part number. They are not pin‑to‑pin compatible; register validation is required before usage.

Q6: Are there drop‑in compatible alternatives for OV02710‑A68A‑1E?

A: OV2718 and OV2735 are OmniVision 2MP alternatives, but no direct drop‑in replacement. Modifications for hardware footprint, power sequence and firmware driver are mandatory for migration.

Q7: How to get datasheet, register info and volume pricing?

A: Submit quick inquiry for datasheet, register specifications, stock confirmation and bulk quotation.
